The weather's been booked (fine), the field's looking very good and there's no excuse not to have a great weekend.

Winter Coaches & Managers Meeting

Each team coach and manager are requested to attend a pre season meeting next Monday 2nd April at 7.30 at the clubhouse.


Each team with receive their:

  • team information,
  • match balls,
  • score books,
  • keys,
  • information from the St George Association
  • and kits for the coming season

This is also provide a chance to have a general discussion.

2011-12 Summer Presentation

Lock the date into you diary now!

The Junior presentation will commence at 3:30pm. Please be ready in team order.

The Senior presentation will commence at 6pm and will be as per last year with a meal following.  Also bring your dancing shoes as we will also have a band.

Winter Trial Game Saturday

Come along a be part of the atmosphere at the "Winter Trial Game" this Saturday. First pitch is at 3pm.

The two sides will be made up with players from 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade teams.

It should be a good game and should prime you for the CSMLBA Grand Finals on Sunday!

Winter 2012 - Players needed

We are looking for players to fill out the following teams:
  • Third Grade - coached by Dave Westall
  • Six Grade - coached by John Pigot
  • Seventh Grade - coached by Tony Maber
  • Eighth Grade - coached by Max Pillington
  • Eighth Grade - Chris Prokop

The comp this winter will now start after Easter on the 14th and 15th April with 17 rounds and games will be played this year over the queen’s birthday long weekend in June.

Trials for 2012 CSJBA Winter Development

Trial dates have been set for the CSJBA representative baseball Winter Development Squads.

  • U16’s  (Born in 1997 & 1998) at APSLEY (To be confirmed)
  • U14’s  (Born in 1999 & 2000) at BARDEN RIDGE (To be confirmed)
  • U12’s  (Born in 2001 & 2002) at SYLVANIA WATERS  (To be confirmed)
 
Where & When: 

  • Sunday 18th March               9:00 am – 11:30 am
  • Wednesday 21st March         5.30 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Sunday 25th March               9:00 am – 11:30 am
  • Wednesday 28th March         5.30 pm – 7:00 pm (if required)
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the trial is scheduled to begin for sign-in.

All players trialling must wear full club playing or training uniform only - absolutely no representative gear.

Every player must attend at least two trials. If you intend to trial but CANNOT attend the FIRST Sunday trial advise; csjba.repmanager@yahoo.com.au by 5pm, Friday 11th March 2012.

You must register online prior to the trials.

Under 8/3's Gold and 9/2's Royal Runners Up
